Our facility is available for rental for a wide variety of events: volleyball tournaments, stag/doe parties, cornhole tournaments, etc.

Event Rentals (4+ hours)

Outdoor ONLY

  • 3 sand volleyball courts
  • 3 grass volleyball courts
  • 30'x20' tent
  • 15'x15' tent
  • ~50 Adirondack chairs
  • Volleyball equipment
    • Balls, lines, nets, etc.
  • Clean Porta Potty
  • Music with Pandora Premium
  • Parking for ~100 cars
  • Green space for additional games
  • $300 facility fee + $7/participant


Outdoor + Indoor BATHROOM

  • Everything with Outdoor, plus:
  • Clean indoor bathrooms
  • ~1000 sq ft of indoor space
  • Arachnid Bar Dart Board (free use)
  • Cornhole Boards
  • Projector screen with Verizon Fios
  • $450 facility fee + $8/participant

Full Facility

  • Everything with Outdoor + Indoor Bathrooms, plus:
  • 1000 sq ft of additional indoor space
  • Additional projector screen with Verizon Fios
  • Commercial grade bar fridge (fits 1,000+ beverages)
  • $600 facility fee + $10/participant
